Brenzone

Brenzone sul Garda is a small, quaint village on the eastern side of the lake.

The village is composed of many subdivisions – villages and hamlets like Castello, Venzo, Somavilla, Assenza, Pozzo, Borago, Zignago, Porto, Magugnano, Prada, Campo, Marniga, Castelletto, Biaza or Fasor.

The area is very well preserved, keeping the characteristics of old times. The climate is mild and the area is surrounded by olive, almond and oleander trees.

Tourism is an important industry in Brenzone and the activities for tourists can be usually found around the Lake Garda shores, where hotels , residences and camping sites are scattered, besides numerous restaurants where the local specialties can be tasted.

The sport center ” Acquafresca” in Assenza and the nautical center in Castelletto need to be mentioned to be good places for sailing regattas.
